LEADERSHIP LIBRARY
As one part of Susan’s commitment to continuous professional development, she is constantly reading literature on the topics of leadership and organizational development. She also has a particular interest in the sub-topic of neuroscience and how its unfolding discoveries impact the fields of leadership and coaching.
The “Leadership Library” is a monthly review of books and other resources that Susan recommends, and why. In each entry, she answers the questions:
• What are the big take-aways?
• Why did I like it?
• In what situations would this be useful?
• What other resources might “pair” well with it?
While the Leadership Library focuses on reading material, Susan can also direct you to recorded or experiential resources, and make referrals to other professionals.
If you would like to have the monthly Leadership Library reviews sent directly to your e-mail inbox, please subscribe to Susan’s blog by clicking here.
