Leadership Coaching For Individuals

• Susan offers a trial coaching session at no cost. The first half-hour of coaching is free of charge for all clients.

• After the first half-hour, clients pay for coaching services on an hourly basis. The base fee for coaching is $150 per hour, with a sliding fee scale for clients who work in the public, higher education and non-profit sectors. Please call or e-mail for details.

Services for Organizations and Groups

• The base fees for Susan’s leadership skills development training services are $100 per hour of design and preparation, and $200 per hour of delivery.  A sliding fee scale is available for organizations in the public, higher education and non-profit sectors.

• The base fee for organizational or team consulting services is $200 per hour, with a sliding fee scale for organizations in the public, higher education and non-profit sectors.

• The fee for designing meeting agendas, training curriculum and staff retreats is $100 per hour.  If Susan facilitates the event she designed or co-designed, the fee for her facilitation services is $200 per hour.

• Susan is available as a keynote speaker at conferences, association meetings and other large-group events for $2,000.  This fee includes a customized presentation to a plenary session of any size, and the option of a 90-minute follow-up workshop for up to 15 participants.
