WHAT TO EXPECT
The typical coaching engagement begins with a commitment to weekly or twice-monthly conversations of varying lengths (anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes) for three to six months. Susan mostly coaches on the phone, but also via other technologies, and in person when proximity allows. The duration of a coaching engagement can range from one session to an ongoing relationship of indefinite length.
The coaching plan and its topics are based on your goals as the client (see Leadership Coaching). Processes might include a Leadership Circle Profile™ 360° evaluation, an informal strengths assessment, self-observation, goal clarification, action plan development and other activities that support your ability to achieve sustainable success and continuing growth as a leader.
